1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms govern your use of Live Earth View Launcher and related services provided by Khalid8087. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and available controls.
2. Our Services
The App is a home screen launcher with access to 3D Earth views, maps, available camera and panoramic content, place discovery, and tools such as a compass, speedometer, world clock, translator, and currency converter. Availability varies by device, Android version, region, connectivity, and third-party services. An entry in the interface does not guarantee that remote content will always be available.
3. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms or the authorization and supervision of a parent or guardian where required. The App is not directed to children under 13. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.
4. License and Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. App software, branding, and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. Maps, imagery, camera streams, and other third-party content remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. No ownership is transferred to you.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the App unlawfully or to invade privacy, harass others, or access non-public cameras or systems.
- Do not interfere with services, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, or abuse automated requests.
- Do not copy, resell, redistribute, or exploit protected content without the required rights.
- Do not reverse engineer or decompile the App except where applicable law permits it.
- Do not remove ownership notices or misrepresent your affiliation with the developer or content providers.
6. Home Screen Launcher and Permissions
When you choose the App as your default home app through Android, it changes the home screen used to access your apps and shortcuts. You can choose another home app in Android Settings. Switching launchers is different from uninstalling applications or deleting their data. Android controls permission grants and confirmation of supported app-management actions.
Permissions are explained in the Privacy Policy and applicable device prompts. You can deny or revoke permissions, although related features may become unavailable. You remain responsible for your device settings, connectivity, and any network charges.
7. Maps, Camera Views, and Travel Tools
Earth and satellite-style map imagery are not real-time satellite video. Camera streams may be delayed, offline, unavailable, or changed by their providers. Place information and panoramas may be incomplete or outdated.
Compass and speed readings depend on sensors, calibration, and positioning conditions. Maps and tools are for general reference and are not guaranteed for emergency response, safety-critical navigation, or professional measurement. Translations may contain errors. Currency results are informational estimates rather than executable exchange rates or financial advice. Verify important information independently and do not operate the App in a way that distracts you from driving or other activities requiring attention.
8. Third-Party Services and Advertising
The App may display ads and provide access to third-party maps, content, websites, and services. Their terms and privacy notices may apply. We do not own or guarantee third-party content, endorsements, offers, uptime, or transactions. Advertising links are not an endorsement. Review the relevant provider’s terms before interacting with an offer or submitting information.
9. Availability and Updates
We may update, change, limit, or discontinue features as reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, provider changes, or operational reasons, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with every device. Material changes to these Terms will be identified by a revised date and additional notice where required; any consent required by law will be obtained separately.
10. Ending Use
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time and select a different launcher in Android Settings. We may restrict access for misuse or a material breach, subject to applicable law. Ending use does not automatically delete information held by third-party services; see the Privacy Policy for deletion options. Provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual property and legally permitted liability provisions, continue to apply.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the App and related services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or the continuing availability of third-party content. This does not exclude warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Khalid8087 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Mandatory consumer protections remain in effect.
13. General Provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. These Terms do not restrict mandatory rights or access to courts and authorities available under applicable law. Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.
